Biography
Research topic: Analysis of Mass Transfer Behavior in MOF-based LC
Liquid Chromatography using nanoporous materials as the stationary phases is powerful technique as molecular recognition in confined and narrow pores provides high selectivity. However, it also leads to extremely slow diffusion of molecules, which strongly affects the separation efficiency. In this project, the mass transfer behavior in MOF-based LC system will be analyzed by both peak-parking analysis and fluid dynamics simulation to construct strategy for optimization of system (combination of stationary phase and analytes) and measurement condition.
